qb right this second, phil is arguably the most valuable non rookie contracted qb in league from cap perspective....

Heck, the entire division is basically modeled after a Alabama team anyways, and by that I mean none of them have a good
QB right now and probably 60 % of their defensive personell are talented enough to play in the pros.
