Last year I planted shiso in our little greenhouse and the plant grew
quite large and
went to seed, which led
to this year's bumper crop of baby shiso plants growing everywhere.
And
quite possibly the best excuse I've seen yet
to go buy some chia
seeds!
It wasn't
quite warm enough for green juice or a smoothie this morning and I am little tired of miso soup so I decided chia
seeds were
going to be my breakfast.
So I
went with hemp
seeds -LCB- they're
quite mild - tasting, yet loaded with amazing nutritional specs — protein, good fats, anti-inflammatory qualities... you know, all that good stuff — plus they look pretty:)-- if you want

I'm
quite intrigued by their one about manufacturing urea
to feed into the oceans
to seed algal blooms, which somewhat
goes against what I've read about the problems we're storing up synthesising nitrogen fertilizers.
