A good modification for these if it's a little too much explosion

A great variation to do with baby
is the walking lunge, one of my favorites, especially if you have a long hallway in your house!

I think the best thing to do would
be to avoid the HIIT, circuit and pump classes for now (as these will have lots of squats, burpees,
lunges and other exercises that might bulk up your legs), and focus more on boxing, running and
