I figure that there are two kinds of people when it comes to computers and vacation: Either you love the extra leisure
time to catch up on back - logged

I can't see myself using Twitter lists as a replacement for an
RSS reader, as Tim Baran suggests, but I do want to invest more of my
time building and subscribing.

So it's not just that Twitter is good at delivering real -
time news — where it is, in my experience, as good or better than an
RSS reader.
Once you've subscribed to a website's
RSS «feed,» your
RSS Reader will be updated every
time new content is added to that site.
If you don't have an
RSS Reader set up, take the
time to do so!
