If the intent was to convert him to a CF this should have started 5 years ago and by

RW of course giroud and campvell are very good players but in my opinion they are less in quality than the rest of the team so we need to improve the quality in these positins About the DM it's a number issue and i think the position is covered with flamini doing good job and elneny coming which can be deployed there About the fourth signing we need is a center back I don't think i saw till

now back up and Coquelin should get even better 7) Box to box — better if you think Ramsey and Wilshire still have room to improve and are still being kept out by Carloza 8) LW — better, Sanchez might not get too much better but Welbeck is an improvement on Podolski 9)
RW — same if Theo moves up front but Ox and Gnabry have lots of room to improve 10) CAM — same 11) Striker — better as Giroud / Theo is stronger than Giroud / Sanogo

RW wouldnt be needed if Welbeck was fit, Ox progressed and Theo stayed fit but is our weak spot but if Campbell can keep progressing then maybe take a gamble on him until the summer, god knows he could do the same as Bellerin / Francis and breakout this season... he has shown glimpes of class and work rate is 4thbest at the club to Sanchez / Ramsey / Ozil imo, wings is the hardest position and Hector n him have gradually got an understanding on the wing with eachother
