When he is on the pitch RW is actually HECTOR BELLERIN, he got a licence to as par up as possible with ramsey deep inside the midfield and a bit available to cover for HECTOR, which isn't the case with LW where Alexis hug the line then MONREAL doesn't need to far up anytime.
