It may take practice, and will result in more than a few failures among even hardened strategy gamers, but the expertly designed gameplay in Mario + Rabbids nonetheless presents something very fresh and exciting for both the Mario franchise and Raving
Rabbids franchise alike.
As far as the rest of the audio goes however, it's clear that priority was given to the heavier slapstick of the Raving
Rabbids franchise in Mario + Rabbids.
More surprisingly, however, is that the game was also designed as an installment in the Raving
Rabbids franchise, entitled «Killer Rabbids `.

It also looks pretty great too, with colorful visuals, solid animations and character models, vibrant and detail - filled environments that feel right at home with the two
franchises, and excellent cutscenes that look ripped straight from a Hollywood CGI movie (I wouldn't mind a Mario +
Rabbids cartoon, honestly).
Not everything in the bizarre crossover that is Mario +
Rabbids Kingdom Battle makes such a harmonious synthesis of its two clashing
franchises.
The game has the
Rabbids, from Ubisoft's Rayman

franchise had fallen into despair with the resources being used on
Rabbids party games and endless remakes and re-releases of the first three games on other platforms.

franchises quite different from each other, the difference in quality has been nothing short of a night and day affair (what with Mario starring in many of history's most beloved games, and the
Rabbids... well... not so much).
Let's be honest, I think almost everyone was wincing at the idea of Nintendo's beloved Mario
franchise crossing paths with Ubisoft's zany
Rabbids when the rumour of the game's existence was originally floating around.
Apparently, the
franchise didn't fit into their target audience, so they removed the obvious traces of
Rabbids from the game, though the imprint of the original design still remains.

Rabbids Kingdom Battle, compared and contrasted the two
franchises.
