let's quickly run through what you can expect here: you and your chosen «friend» pick a team to
race for and then work your way through the entire career
mode as described earlier in this review.
Championship
mode let's you toss together a complete season of your favorite tracks, and just like Career
mode you can choose whether you'll take part in a full weekend (practice, qualifying and the two
races) or opt for a less hectic work schedule, although no matter what you choose you'll always have to participate in two
races per event, which can get tiring.
Career
mode at times also does tend to drag, especially if you are eager to be
let loose on the track however, when the
race starts the thrilling F1 experience is enough to make you forget all the negatives.
These are invitational events, and add longevity to career
mode as it takes you away from the busy weekend of the F1 season and
lets you drive the classic cars for a bit of time out
racing, so to speak.
