Raspberry Coconut Flour Muffins The incredible
flavor of black
raspberries drives these muffins, and you'll love that they're
using coconut flour to keep it grain free and healthy.
Just change out the
raspberry Greek yogurt for strawberry
flavored and
use a cup of chopped strawberries in place of the fresh
raspberries.
I like them with
raspberry jam and lemon zest + extract or with almond extract, but you can
use whatever jam and
flavoring you'd like!
I always
use equal parts strawberries, blueberries,
raspberries, and blackberries in my version, and I think the
flavors are perfectly suited for each other.
Use tangy
flavors like pomegranite,
raspberry and lemon in your glazes and icings, and your customers» taste buds will pop.
The only change I would make next time I bake this is
using a higher quality jam to really step up the
raspberry flavor.

raspberries (from Target), some vanilla extract and a little stevia which both add sweetness and
flavor without sugar or artificial ingredients, raw cacao powder (or you could
use cocoa powder), a handful of raw almonds (or almond butter would work just fine), and that's it!

raspberry flavor.

flavors go just perfect together... I
used raspberry vinegar when caramelizing shallots, it adds a delicious fruity taste; but you can replace it by red wine if you like.
I
used freeze dried
raspberries in these bars because they provide a gorgeous pink color and intense
raspberry flavor without making the bars icy from the water content in fresh
raspberries.
I also like to
use frozen
raspberries as I find their
flavor is consistently good.
For a different «jelly»
flavor,
use dried
raspberries or dried strawberries in place of the raisins.
I
used raspberry balsamic for a fruitier
flavor and Morningstar soy bacon for a vegetarian salad.

Raspberry Chipotle in raw chocolate brownies or sprinkled over my favorite tofu scramble recipe.
The original recipe of course calls for
Raspberry fruit spread but my favorite is Black Currant so that's what I
used, you can substitute your favorite
flavor and any nut butter would work in place of the peanut butter.
