The doctors in my area admittedly haven't ever heard of
reactive hypoglycemia so I haven't ever had this question answered.
Isomalt only slightly raises blood glucose and insulin levels after ingestion and does
not trigger
reactive hypoglycemia after the meals [2 - p. 184].
I have been 3 months doing a LC diet (20 grams),
not hig fat and high protein with bad results (trying to treat my
reactive hypoglycemia).
ok I looked up more information and I think
reactive hypoglycemia fits my condition more, but doesn't that overlap with hyperinsulinemia?

Reactive Hypoglycemia (
not of the Type II Diabetes correlation) and what exercises / eat choices can best benefit someone on their road to fat lose.
