My wife and I wanted to get a feel for the communities being we were new here and she was superb to say the least... we were able to determine which town met our needs because of this... working with a
Realtor, the agent is most comfortable
with and will likely be submitting offers using a CAR Form... If you wanted to collect a wholesale fee above and beyond what a finders fee might be, you'll need your wholesale agreement to your end
buyer and coordinate that
with the Title Company.

buyer using Realtor.ca and you type in the «neighbourhood» that you want to look at, you may not find all that's available as some

Today I would send such a visitor, if I was told they were

Now only if
Realtors can understand that when they
work with sellers they get a LISTING SIGNED, likewise, when they

with an offer when there was a medical emergency to attend, and B. I don't think your
buyer that was hoping to buy this home would be too happy to learn that they lost out on this home because you were at a police emergency, and not attending to their needs as promised when you started
working with them.
Rarely does a

working with for years» without having a

working with for just as many years, if not longer.
Once explained what the difference is between the 2 kinds of representation CLIENT OR CUSTOMER (which by the way is clearly explained in the

REALTOR BROCHURE (which happens to be mandatory before the offer is done AND SIGNED) the
buyer can decide TO EITHER go ahead and buy the house through the listing agent or to go and find their own agent.
