Hi Molly, cacao butter is really great to
use in this
recipe as it binds the mixture together and has a chocolately taste but you could also try
using coconut oil instead!

You could try
using melted
coconut oil instead however it may create a slightly different consistency and flavour for this

I see in your photos you've
used baking paper but in the
recipe it says to grease a tray with
coconut oil... Did you grease the paper?
For example, if your
recipe calls for 1/2 cup of butter, you would
use 1/2 cup
coconut oil.
If you
use refined
coconut oil, then in my experience the berry flavor really does shine through, despite the fact that there's twice as much
oil as berries in the
recipe.
But if you really want to make it free of refined sugar, you can omit the Oreo - based crust and
use the following
