I really encourage all non-profit boards / associations, to review the terms of membership and the expectations of those members to the board on what it should be focusing on.

Also can the Board of Directors of either CREA or TREB make any decision or recommendation that could assist 99.9 percent of their membership but that would (after being verified by a legal review) harm.1 %?
