So when one of my amazing readers shared these organic, gluten free brown
rice ramen noodles with me, I kind of died a little and immediately ordered some.
My pantry contains a healthy supply of assorted brown
rice ramen for these occasions, and a few Pacific Foods organic broths that don't need a lot of tweaking, and certainly no powdered bouillon to make delicious.
Organic brown
rice ramen noodles Steamed broccoli Scallions Sesame seeds Amazeballs sauce: 1 cup of broth or water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, white parts of scallions.
I used
Rice Ramen noodles (found at Costco) and added some broccoli, mushrooms and bean sprouts.
3 servings of ramen noodles (I found some organic
rice ramen from Lotus Foods - very good when you don't want a bowl full of wheat noodles)
But I've happily discover lotus foods gluten free organic
rice ramen alternative made from rice and millet and they are surprisingly SO freakin» good.

I prepared vegan / gluten free
ramen noodles for our soup but brown
rice, leftover quinoa or a small pasta would work nicely as well.
There are dumplings and
ramen for every season, as well as grain bowls and fried
rice recipes that you'll turn to time and again.
Gone are the days of instant
ramen and frozen meals, which have been replaced by single serving fried
rice, lasagna, and soup dishes.

rice noodles with a savory - sweet tamari and coconut miso broth.
You can use brown
rice & millet
ramen noodles.
