So when one of my amazing readers shared these organic, gluten free brown
rice ramen noodles with me, I kind of died a little and immediately ordered some.
Organic brown
rice ramen noodles Steamed broccoli Scallions Sesame seeds Amazeballs sauce: 1 cup of broth or water, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 2 tablespoons rice wine vinegar, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, white parts of scallions.
I used
Rice Ramen noodles (found at Costco) and added some broccoli, mushrooms and bean sprouts.

I prepared vegan / gluten free
ramen noodles for our soup but brown
rice, leftover quinoa or a small pasta would work nicely as well.
In this
ramen bowl we pair nutty brown
rice noodles with a savory - sweet tamari and coconut miso broth.
You can use brown
rice & millet
ramen noodles.
