Council hearing reviewed a proposal that would give legal immigrants the
right to
vote.
As for the
Right to Know Act, which the
Council has been heavily criticized for not bringing for a
vote, Mark - Viverito suggested that it could still be resolved in within the current legislative session, which has two stated meetings remaining.
