Haan's Reef on Gili Air is fast becoming renowned for excellent «muck diving» where divers can see rare critters like frogfish, pink — leafed scorpion fish, flying gunard, mantis shrimp, nudibranchs, pygmy seahorses, robust ghost pipefish, blue ringed octopus,
ringed pipefish, turtles, various coloured frogfish and Bio Rock projects.
Schultz Pipefish, Baby Octopus,
Ringed Pipefish, Crinoid Squat Lobsters, a juvenile scorpionfish, in between others.
There were plenty of options both in terms of pelagic, Black tip and Grey Reef Shark, Napoleon Wrasse and schooling fusiliers, as of macro, Orangutan Crab, nudibranchs, like the Pikachu, flatworms and pipefishes, like
the Ringed Pipefish.
The forest was not all, though, as among the bommies surrounded by Glassy Sweepers, Wobbegong Sharks, Giant and Painted Frogfish,
Ringed Pipefish, Green Moray were spotted.
On top of that, macro life and critters were pointed out by our divemasters, like the Denise Pygmy Seahorse,
Ringed Pipefish and also a couple of Wobbegong Sharks.
Besides those, Mushroom Coral and
Ringed Pipefish, Sarasvati Anemone Shrimp, Egg Shell Shrimp and nudibranchs were pointed out by Hery and Jemy, our divemasters.

Beneath these wood structures we found frogfish, blue
ringed octopus, pairs of ghost
pipefish, and a flamboyant cuttle fish hunting!
At the moment we know exactly where to find pygmy seahorses, ornate ghost
pipefish, stargazer, frogfish and more incredible marine life such as the flamboyant cuttlefish (that we named animal of the month in march) and the blue
ringed octopus.
Reef fish include blue -
ringed angelfish, moray - eels, snappers, frogfish, and the ever elusive ghost
pipefish.
A few things you may spot here are seahorses, frogfish, blue -
ring and mimic octopus, ghost
pipefish, bobtail squid and all sorts of nudibranches.

Pipefish, nudibranchs a variety of coral groupers were some of the sights from this dive.
It was not all, since nudibranchs, like the Flabellina,
pipefishes, like the
Ringed, Egg - Shell Shrimp and others were also found.
