This is my first impression of the Cinnamon
Roasted Cashews made by Almond Brothers Nutables.
But I have found that
roasting the cashews makes all the difference and I have no problem eating them.
Not exact matches
This is not your ordinary
cashew cream, as it's
made lighter with the addition of one of the
roasted pears.

A few days ago, I
made roasted cauliflower alfredo
cashew cream sauce to toss my spiralized zucchini and sweet potato noodles in.
You need paneer, green peas, onion, tomato puree / paste, garlic, ginger, char magaz seeds paste,
cashew nuts paste, raisin (kishmish) paste, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,
roasted cumin powder,
roasted coriander powder, garam masala powder, dry fenugreek leaves (kasuri methi), salt, refined oil, water to
make super tasty matar paneer.
Or
make a salad with baby spinach,
roasted vegetables, and some vegan cheese
made from almonds or
cashews.
Make sure to use slightly salted
roasted cashews for the best flavor!
I
made extra
roasted cauliflower and onions to use as a garnish with homemade spicy Thai
cashews and it was delicious!
One thing I should mention though - it'll probably have a much nuttier taste if you go with
cashew butter, because most
cashew butter is
made from
cashews that are
roasted.

You can prep ahead by
roasting the butternut squash and
making the
cashew cheese the day before.
It's
made with a mix of brown rice and wild rice, celery, onion, dried figs, and
roasted pecans and
cashews.
This salad is actually extremely filling with the protein in the
cashews and the filling
roasted potatoes
make it a meal in and of itself but you can easily top it with any of your favorite protein.
And as for the nuts — I have
made these with classic dry
roasted peanuts (as done here) as well as raw
cashews.
