roasted tomatoes, and, my tried - and - true favorite, cumin corn salad with perfectly ripe heirloom tomatoes.

My Lazy Summer
Salsa is made
from fresh,
roasted tomatoes and jalapenos and makes a fast and easy sauce for grilled chicken or beef.
Take a hint
from the cooks in Barbados: lift the chicken skin
from the meat and insert
salsa (they use a spicy herb blend) before frying,
roasting, or grilling.
Diners then add their choice of homemade chile de árbol - based
salsas that range
from mild (tomato, onion and cilantro «Mexicana») to fiery (a brick red chile morita option featuring
roasted tomatoes).
Distinctively citrusy and smoky,
roasted poblano peppers — which get their name
from Puebla, an area known as the heart of Mexican cuisine — are the signature flavor of this zesty
salsa.
So I took the idea and did my own healthy spin on the dish, making an enchilada sauce
from scratch, skipping the cheese and topping it with this oven
roasted salsa.
It included spinach, broccoli,
roasted peppers with garlic
from TJ's, TJ's green
salsa, sunflower seeds, nutritional yeast, 21 seasoning salute
from TJ's, and a chopped salmon patty with some Mary's Gone Crackers on the side.
A brick red spicy
salsa recipe made
from dried morita chiles,
roasted garlic, and charred tomatoes.
This soup has many layers of flavors
from the beans, the zesty tomatillo
salsa, the
roasted peppers and the spiciness
from the serranos.
The burger consists of hand - ground beef
from the Double Eagle's (its sister restaurant) aging room, topped with three
roasted and peeled green chiles, pico de gallo
salsa, a half - pound of Monterey Jack and sharp cheddar cheeses, and is served on a yeast roll bun baked at the Lujan Bakery in Las Cruces.
Besides the Pepper Jacks flavored with jalapeños, habaneros, and green chile, there are interesting flavored Jacks
from Geissbuhler Family Brand Cheese, Inc.:
roasted garlic, tomato - basil, habanero pepper, horseradish, and
salsa Jack.

roasted queso, it makes for a total of 56 different enchilada choices.
Highlights include a Sonoma pizzeta, which incorporates
roasted peaches, goat cheese, speck and saba; a Granchio bruschetta which features crab, jalapeño pesto, avocado, grapefruit and mint; a Tuscan White Bean & Rosemary dip made
from Castelvetrano olives topped with
salsa verde and served with warm flatbread; and Artichoke Fonduta made
from goat cheese, lemon, basil and crispy bread.
Meals may begin with selections
from the Antipasti, and Insalate offerings, including highlights such as the Poached Lobster withricotta, candied cashew, and peach;
Roasted Octopus with taggiasca olive, potato, and
