These are great moments, but
Rocksteady just go to far with it at times, and drone combat... it's just dull.

IGN is claiming that
Rocksteady is possibly working on remastering both Arkham Asylum and Arkham City for Playstation 4 / XBox One, dubbed the Arkham Collection and could be released
just in time for Christmas.
It organically blended the free running and assassination mechanics from Ubisoft's open world games, a counter-based combat system akin to
Rocksteady's Arkham series and its own Nemesis system, which created personal stories between you and individual enemies as they would level up and progress
just like you.

Just look at how many mediocre or downright bad licensed superhero games there were prior to
Rocksteady's seminal Batman: Arkham Asylum, or how many bad book to film adaptions there are for every Blade Runner or Lord of the Rings?
It's inclusion in so much of the game
just doesn't feel natural, though, like
Rocksteady were trying too hard instead of allowing the Batmobile to be another, albeit very important, support tool that bolstered the primary gameplay rather than trying to stand alongside it.
To combat the fact that Batman can't actually
just blow the crap out of everyone with his tank
Rocksteady have implemented an unmanned drone army which forms part of the Arkham Knight's assault force.
However,
Rocksteady have stated that it's
just a few scenes which have resulted in the game's mature rating.
It's a chance to mix up the gameplay a little and explore
Rocksteady's take on not
just Batgirl, but Robin, too, especially since they were revealed to be in a relationship during Arkham Knight.
What becomes quickly apparent is
just how complex the
Rocksteady series has actually become since the very first game back in 2009.
It's arguably
just as good as Batman: Arkham City, albeit missing a certain undefinable spark that
Rocksteady.
Rocksteady proved themselves with asylum and city, looks like that was
just the icing on the cake!
In the meantime we'll
just have to maintain hope that
Rocksteady or whoever is developing the next Batman game will finally allow us to get behind the wheel of the Batmobile or the stick of the Bat - Wing, and thereby make all of your slightly childish but no less awesome dreams come true.
Can not wait to finally experience the finale, everything about this looks so dope, refined and
just soaking in awesome
Rocksteady sauce.

just as good if not better then the story in any other arkham game had they said
rocksteady actually made it you'll be telling ppl how great it was

just one of the many ways in which Batman: Arkham Origins feels likes a stop - gap measure created only to generate cash while the world eagerly awaits
Rocksteady's next effort, assuming of course that they're working on a new Batman game.
Even without a fancy setup, you can tell
Rocksteady Studios worked hard at getting the audio in their latest title
just right.
When the
Rocksteady rep brought my attention back to playing the game instead of
just admiring it, he directed me to check out Batman's cool new abilities as well as one of Arkham Knight's crowning joys.
Just before E3,
Rocksteady confirmed the sad news that the third and final chapter in their Batman Trilogy «Arkham Knight» was to be delayed till 2015.
Because,
just maybe, this means that
Rocksteady is working on the next - gen Batman game!
Arkham City looks to take that foundation and
just expand on it, also I still hold on to a faint hope that
Rocksteady will surprise all of us and reveal that the game has a Co-op mode.
Just when you thought you had found every single Riddler trophy and milked all the side missions in Arkham City dry, developers
Rocksteady are throwing some more DLC your way.
Just saying, brush up on the history of superhero games, and let
Rocksteady show us what they have next before crowning them king of superhero games.

Since Spider - Man: Shattered Dimensions, it has been clear that developers have been trying to emulate certain features of
Rocksteady's Arkham series, they
just haven't been able to fully replicate it and adapt it for a Spider - man game so I think we can all agree that they should leave it to the masters, hopefully however, were
Rocksteady Studios next project going to be a Spider - man game, they'd implement some of the fantastic combat features of 2008's Spider - Man: Web of Shadows which featured fantastic mid-air combat and impressive wall - combat, the only issue which it shares with The Amazing Spider - Man 2 game is that it wasn't executed as well as it could have been and resulted in players complaining that the experience was somewhat disorienting.
Can't we
just let
Rocksteady take their time?
Just as The Dark Knight Rises begins to spill the beans on its particular cast of villians,
Rocksteady have followed suit by revealing the first glimpse of oft - rumoured Batman: Arkham City villain, The Penguin, to a select few members of the press.
What if it's as simple as the person behind the Arkham Knight's mask really is
just a completely new character of
Rocksteady's devising.
