As someone who started playing Planet Coaster without any real expectations, I can safely say that the game is well worth your time if you are the least bit interested in a game reminiscent of the classic
Rollercoaster Tycoon games.
Frontier's Planet Coaster is the spiritual successor to its popular
Rollercoaster Tycoon games, bringing the genre into the 21st century with a contemporary aesthetic, a focus on community creativity, and of course, taking advantage of more recent graphics processors and powerful CPUs.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 2 (Including expansions) was my personal favorite Roller coaster / theme park simulation
game for almost 15 years.

RollerCoaster Tycoon Touch are good
games, however they don't evolve the series enough and they lack the amount of content that earlier
games in series have.

Rollercoaster Tycoon.

Rollercoaster Tycoon 3 are suing Atari over a claim of unpaid royalties for that
game, according to TMZ.
We also saw the reveal of Jurassic World Evolution, a
game that gives you the power to build and manage your own park in a very Sim City,
Rollercoaster Tycoon sort of way.
Many of the most successful
games of all time - SimCity, Grand Theft Auto, Civilization,
Rollercoaster Tycoon, The Sims - have real - world themes, which broadens their potential audience by building the gameplay around concepts familiar to everyone.
Rollercoaster Tycoon 4 Mobile mighthave been a reasonable free - to - play title, as a premium
game, its greed is too much to stomach.
And while
Rollercoaster Tycoon World should have released long before Planet Coaster, a massive amount of negative feedback caused the
game to land in Early Access alongside Frontier's own stab at their definitive coaster sim.

The original purchase comes with the entire base
