Salad with Spicy Avocado Dill Dressing — Use a bed of
romaine lettuce, lose the croutons, and top things off
with this dressing for a spicy kick.
Husband's take: He's not a huuuuuge cabbage fan so next time I make this I might sub out half of the cabbage
with some
romaine but other than that, he really liked the
salad.
You can east the
salad like this (which I do often) or toss it
with some butter lettuce or
romaine for a bulkier «real»
salad.
If you devour all your wings and have buttermilk blue cheese dressing to spare, it tastes great on grilled
