He will go out and buy yet again some midfield player who's natural tendency is to want to play in the middle of the park (Ramsey, Wilshire, Santi, Ozil, Rosicky, Arteta) and try to convert him into something else just to fit him into his starting 11 resulting into a team of players capable of passing the ball but incapable of being dangerous.

One factor that has mitigated against Rosicky getting much game time is, there are many top quality younger Gunners in the Arsenal starting team and on their bench who are considered to be ahead of Rosicky in the selection order of the team of the day to play a game.

Fabregas, Bendtner, Denilson, Rosicky, and Clichy should all be returning within the next month and will be enthusiastically challenged by these same youngsters for starting spots.

Your squad above to me as well is the best though I would give Chamberlain a rest bringing him and Rosicky on late; but start Akpom (I think Welbeck will likely be playing against his old squad though... expect big things either way) instead... he will, in my mind with Sanchez on the other side coming in attracting a lot of attention will give Chuba all the space he needs.
