For dinner I just made
a rotisserie chicken seasoned with Taco Seasonings (courtesy of The Food Lovers Primal Palate).
All you need is a can of chicken, non-fat plain Greek yogurt / mayo / mustard [whichever you prefer] McCormick's Perfect Pinch:
Rotisserie Chicken seasoning and romaine lettuce leaves.

I took some help from the grocery store for this dish by using McCormick ® Garlic Ranch

rotisserie chicken, cheese and Italian
seasoning.
My local grocery store has organic
chicken in the
rotisserie with no
seasonings added.
You can either
season two
chicken breasts with salt, pepper, onion powder, garlic powder, and a little cayenne and bake for 25 minutes at 350ºF and then shred, or take the easy route and buy a
rotisserie chicken and pull all the meat off of it.
Now that cooking
season has arrived, I started playing with that same recipe, only this time I was trying to utilize some store - bought
rotisserie chicken.
I
season until it's nicely covered with spices, but you can also use any other grilled or baked
chicken or even a
rotisserie.
Add a handful of baby spinach (or whatever leafy green you happen to have) and some shredded
rotisserie chicken (something you should always have on hand, in my opinion), and
season with salt, pepper, and cumin for a little kick.
I had to make a couple of adjustments just because of what I had in the house — I used
rotisserie chicken and
seasoned with fresh rosemary and thyme (wow — delish), and I only used 2 cups of stock.
