After spray painting the hardware with
Rustoleum gold spray paint (affiliate link), I tackled the studs on the back.

The spray paint I used is my most favorite spray paint ever:
Rustoleum Metallic Spray Paint in
Gold.
I remember that is started out
gold, but I spray painted it with
Rustoleum's Metallic Oil Rubbed Bronze paint.
Then I goldified (yep, totally a word) the vase with
Rustoleum's
gold metallic spray paint.
I used my leftover
Rustoleum Primer and Silver and
Gold Metallic Valspar spray paint from my Metallic Magnet project (view it here).
The assortment of picture frames I picked up from thrift stores or garage sales and spray painted them with
Rustoleum or Krylon's metallic
gold.
and painted them with
Rustoleum Metallic spray paint in Pure
Gold to match some super sleek square knobs I found for the top drawer.

gold spray paint, but I've found that
Rustoleum has the best coverage and the prettiest color.

Gold spray paint, apply 2 thin, even coats of spray paint, letting each coat completely dry in between.
