The selection of veggies varies a little depending
on what I have in my fridge but it usually centres
on these four — kale, carrots, red pepper and
avocado plus my new hummus, which I am
so in love with, and a sprinkling of pumpkin seeds.
I don't get
on well with

I have been eyeing

That is the trouble of living in an area where

Quite a while ago, I got it into my head to make mayonnaise with
