kitchen challenge to try and cook it.
I always love a good
challenge,
so right after my positive endoscopy I got straight to work in the
kitchen, developing gluten free versions of all my old favorite recipes.
I would be helpless in the
kitchen without cheese,
so it was
challenging to decide what to make.
Your recipes are my go - to for inspiration or for
challenging myself in the
kitchen,

I'm actually a little sad to be posting this
challenge, because it is the very last one: participation in the Daring
Kitchen has been on the decline for the past few years,
so the group is shutting down and it's time to move on.
The Daring
Kitchen was one of the main reasons I started this blog,
so while I understand and support the reasons for ending the
challenges, it's a little bittersweet.

So, last week I gave you all the plans for my
kitchen makeover which I am transforming within 6 weeks as a One Room

I've done some things here and there, but we have a
challenging shaped entry way crying out for help, a
kitchen that needs updating (I am taking inspiration from your painted cabinets) help getting rid of the dreaded «tract - home» look / feel, and happily any other room you'd be
so inclined to makeover!
With only
so much space to work with, it can be a
challenging task to create a
kitchen area that is stylish and welcoming.
Today's post is a bit more of our house, starting and ending with our new
kitchen... since it was that fated «one room
challenge» that had me scrambling to get Nicole Cohen up here
so quickly to photograph this room after we moved in.

Our
kitchen is
so small that extra people around the stove makes cooking
challenging,
so we thought providing some appetizers right at the table would draw guests to gather around the table rather than right in the
kitchen, while Thanksgiving dinner is being prepared and served just steps away
so the chef can still participate in conversation.
Last year I felt all out of sorts in our rental because it threw off my normal rhythm,
so trying to cook in her small
kitchen will be a
challenge.
So my
challenge was to take an outdated 1970s style room and change it back into a more English style
kitchen.
So while I DO enjoy your blog and your home - both are beautiful and a comfortable place to visit - the challenge remains: to be happy with what I have - and believe me - I am - but is is becoming increasingly difficult to remain so when the internet is teaming with blogs that encourage us to be happy with what we have and make it work when we are also shown brand new shiny kitchens we just can't hav

The biggest
challenge in your
kitchen: I feel
so lucky to be able to say my biggest
challenge is not having enough time to spend in it — I love being in this room.
Five weeks is
so challenging, especially when you're working on a
kitchen.
