needs to be understood and addressed.
Many
SRLs can afford some basic legal orientation but they also
need and want procedural assistance short of a trial.
Perhaps the clients
need to be viewed first as their «expectations» instead of as a «problem» (because they are
SRL, low - income or have mental health problems), the language they express their expectations when conveying their problem / fixations on unresolved legal matter.

needs to recognize this social problem and provide guidance to lawyers when dealing with
SRLs.
Verbs used to describe the response of lawyers or judges to the
