What
Sagna does best is provide the right platform for Theo Walcott to bomb forward on the right wing, while himself being able to provide thrusts from the back.
I am happy with him as Sagna's understudy but perhaps a Premiership loan would aid his development, especially if
Sagna does not renew his contract with us.
If
Sagna does go, Arsenal will lose arguably their most consistent player and will have to find a replacement.
Sagna doesn't get the nod even before Nastasic
Monreal has really made a difference to the left side Gibbs plays to many balls back and across to the centre backs he is so prone now to get injured he doesent go forward and his defending is woefull can't see him even playing for England again, don't get me wrong I do like him but his game has declined Play him as a sub as Monreal if one of the defenders is injured can fill in like
Sagna did CB
Nasri did, Van Persie did, Adebayor did, hell even
Sagna did and they all ended up with the EPL.
My verdict: Sagna didn't say it.
KIERAN GIBBS - 8 - Gave Arsenal down the left flank what Sagna didn't give them down the right.

did wen he arrived, navas, Clichy, nasri, nolito,
sagna, kolarov, he released them and bought productive young players, since we have been selling players what have we gained as fans, yet all monies goes to d board and Wenger who needs a coach to recoach him spits
We don't need the distraction of a prolonged saga, if he wants to leave, good for him,
Sagna left, Debuchy came in, Debuchy got injured, Bellerin Came in, if Bellerin leaves, there are three or more players who would be happy to claim the RWB spot (Ox, Niles and Campbell), we need to focus on players who actually are begging for a chance.
I don't blame Wenger for getting Debuchy Its easy to blame him now in hindsight At the time Debuchy was being chosen ahead of
Sagna on the French Squad Initially he played very well for us.
To be honest in the summer I said sell Walcott Wilshere Ox Podolski Ozil Diaby Flamini Ryo Sanogo Rosicky Jenkinson Vermaelen and Coquelin and don't buy Debuchi Chambers or Wellbeck prefering to retain

did nt start as badly as this author want us to believe, so far he looks like is better going forward and very comfortable with his one on one and aerial duel than
Sagna.
I don't know what games you have watched, but Monreal has
done a great job as for Bellirin his last game was his best and full backs have cover from centre backs watch and see Monreal cover for Gibbs going forward and also for Mertisacker Remember
Sagna covered for centre backs too and never had a bad game they seem to play better as more room inside to play from Stop picking on Monreal without him we would be in the s,,,,, pick on Wilshire cost us the game against United.
But even then Debuchy and Gibbs can put in shifts like
Sagna had once to
do.

did the same thing last season when we started the season with only 2 experienced CB's (and later we found out Kos was also carrying a long - term injury), having had many months to replace TV and our 4th choice CB
Sagna.

@NY Gunner, let me break it down for you.Chambers is not world class, he was not even on the 1st 11 of south Hampton, Debuchy was never a starter for France until
Sagna became old, Cambell was unknown untill World cup, Gibbs not even a starter in England national squad, Flamini, Cocklin and Diaby (i
do nt have what to say), Arteta has never even played for spain, our best goal keeper was not a starter for Poland until Wenger started to bench Fambiasky just to make the other look good, Koshienly is good though.

so, what
do we predict, first... must like RVP, Cesc,

do the same.

I remember bacary
sagna said when he left arsenal and didn't sign a new contract was because he never had a pay rise from his original 5 year deal when he 1st signed..
He came to replace
Sagna but unfortunately he got injured quickly and Bellerin
did well in 4 at the back formation But Bellerin hasn't been that great as a RWB.
Will Wenger try to convert Debuchy to a defender the way he
did Bacary
Sagna?

Our ridiculous manager should realise Monreal although
doing a fair job is not
Sagna, who is good in the air and quick on the ground, so this experiment must stop > Monreal has basically admitted that he is uncomfortable in that position, so why force this position on a player who has stated he is uncomfortable there, when we have a healthy chambers who has already have several games in that position and looks even more comfortable than at right back.
You can't blame Kos, if he is looking for a big payout at this stage of his career, will Wenger make the same mistake as he
did with
sagna??
I personally don't think Debuchy is equivalent to
Sagna and Chambers is definitely not better than Verminator... point is our defense dropped their standard in terms of the quality they had from the previous season.
That's mainly because he is a more defensive player and the offensiveness of Debuchy forces teams to not press us so much whilst with
Sagna, teams didn't mind pressing us as we couldn't offensively hurt them.
