I was particularly curious about the breakfast section since eggs aren't recommended and I was pleased to find some hearty grain - free options like the sweet potato hash with lamb sausage and
salmon lox with sautéed vegetables.
I like the idea of adding the creamy goat cheese to pair with the salty
salmon lox and sweet citrus flavor from the orange!
So easy and good in fact, that we tried it the following day with orange and
salmon lox.
