This little one - sleeve blue
dress has stolen my heart a
few years ago; and when I tried it on this past weekend for a dinner date with the hubs, it still had the
same effect on me, so obviously, I «glammed» it up a little and... voila!
Despite having happy - hued trousers; jeans in different cuts, washes, and colors; and even some skirts and
dresses * in my closet, I always find myself reaching for the
