Most than likely they're
Schnauzer bumps and they are not harmful to your dog nor are they contagious to other dogs or humans.
The large black bump in the second picture is NOT
a Schnauzer bump.
It was just a small black dot on his back, no bigger than a pin head and was believed to be
a Schnauzer Bump (that ended up not being the case).

bumps or comedones are thought to be an inherited condition and may be present throughout the dog's life.

Most of these
bumps are found on the backs of
Schnauzers, especially the Miniature ones.
And if you do come across any abnormal growths on your
Schnauzer (whether it's an external
bump or scab on top of the skin or an internal mass below the skin's surface) go ahead and make an appointment to consult with your veterinarian.
