Recovery Directors, who would be responsible for managing
teams of one Education
Recovery Leader (a mentor to the principal) and two Education
Recovery Specialists (one each in mathematics and literacy) for each persistently low - performing
school.

team that monitors the building plan for both psychological and physical safety, and a crisis response &
recovery team that oversees and implements the
school's crisis response plan when needed.
Once the site coordinator has approached the
school site principal with the concept of credit
recovery and request to include this component in the after
school program, the site coordinator must be patient, available with information, and supportive as the principal and leadership
team discuss and decide if including credit
recovery after
school will be agreeable.
