Seems as if the
seal on the
jar was broken and the lid wasn't on
tight.
A more secure method to store them at room temperature is to keep them in glass
jars with a
tight - fitting, rubber -
sealed top.
If you must store a rub, put it in a small
jar with a
tight seal and place it in a cool, dry cupboard, or in the freezer.
Transfer to a
jar,
seal tight, and keep in the fridge until ready to use.
Pour into a 20 ounce
jar,
seal tight, and place in the fridge for at least 4 hours (or overnight).

The almond milk will store in
tight sealed glass
jar / bottle in the fridge for around 5 days, it could be longer but I have never let it go that long cause well I drink it all!
