second trimester to your
baby's birth is when you'll notice the most weight

If you eat roughly the amount recommended for each food group, take a prenatal vitamin daily, and consistently
gain a reasonable amount of weight (about a pound per week in the
second and third trimesters), you and your
baby will be well nourished.
