If wenger doesn't leave, he shows he does not love the club and if anyone still supports him, i can see they don't
see us as a big club again.

It is a disgrace when you are able to be complete and always you come short, it grows frustration among fans, pundits, and everyone who bet on you... Other so called
big teams manged to fulfill their expectations and potential, I mean city, chelsea and man city, and that's why the media stands by their sides, however, our management either has ego or ignorance so much that they decline everyone call to stand
as a
big club and fix their flaws... Now the pundits and the media wait for us to slip and then say «
see we told you»...

see Arsenal
as a
big club or an opportunity to win anything.
Although many will suggest that Robson has a personal vendetta of sorts aimed squarely at the Grinch who stole soccer, that doesn't make his words any less truthful... such tactics are nothing new... in the U.S.this business practice has become so common that even the players regularly use the media to manipulate public opinion (LeBron James did likewise to rally public support for himself and away from his teammate, Kyrie Irving, who has asked to be traded)... whether for contract leverage or to rally support for or against certain players, this strategy can be incredibly effective at times, but when it misses the mark it can be dangerously divisive... for a close - to - the - vest team like Arsenal to use such nefarious means to manufacture a wedge between the fans and it's best player (again), is absolutely despicable... for the sanctimonious higher - ups who demand that it's players adhere to a certain protocol regarding information deemed «in house» or else to intentionally spread «fake» news or to provide certain outlets with privileged information for such purposes is pretty low indeed... no moral high ground here, just a
big club pretending to be a small
club so that they can continue to pull the wool over the eyes of a dedicated, albeit somewhat naive, fan base... so not only does this
club no give a shit about it's fans, this clearly shows that
clubs primary interests aren't even soccer related... for all intent and purposes Kroenke doesn't care if we're a soccer
club or a tampon factory
as long
as we continue to maximized his investment... stay woke people... great to
see more and more people commenting on the state of the franchise... this
club needs to be held accountable for it's actions

This has not happened, and I'm surprised that no one has ever hauled Wenger over the coals about the fact that
as a qualified economist he never
saw that the FIFA FFP rules would NEVER EVER bite the
big spending
clubs, yet this was the major reason we were never involved in
big money transfers, although we were paying the highest process of any
club in Europe for season tickets.

as bigger or synonemous with the
club and it he is not the man to be able to

Villa is not really a «
big game», such
as the Manchester
clubs, Chelsea or European games so Joel should be starting NOW to
see what he can or can not do.
In the midfield, (including RWB & LWB) we have a whole bunch of tweeners... none offer the full package, none make sense in our manager's current favourite formation, except for Sead on the left and Ox on the right, and all of them have never shown any consistency for more than a heartbeat... Sead, who I'm including in this category because of our present formation, looks like a positive addition, minus his occasional brain farts, but I would rather
see what he could do in a back 4 before making my mind up... Ox, who has never played better, which isn't saying much considering his largely underwhelming play in previous seasons, seems to have found a home in this new formation; unfortunately, can we really expect this oft - injured player to handle the taxing duties that come with said position over the long haul, not to mention, it looks like he has no intention of staying... Ramsey has relied on the empathy that stems from his gruesome injury years ago and the excitement that was generated a few years back when he finally seemed to put in altogether, but on the whole he has been a
big disappointment (neither he nor the Ox have scored enough to warrant a regular spot)... Wiltshire should be put on a weekly contract then played until he suffers his first injury, if and when that occurs he should be shipped - out and no one should very be allowed to say his name on
club grounds ever again... Elnehy & Coq are average players who couldn't make any of the top 7 teams currently in the EPL... both have showed some great energy on the pitch, but neither are top quality and no good team can afford to have that many average players on their bench playing the same position, especially with Coq's injury history / discipline concerns and Elheny's headless chicken tendencies...
as for Xhaka, his tenure here so far has been incredibly underwhelming... we know he has some skills to provide the long ball but his defensive work is piss poor and he gives the ball away too cheaply and far too often... finally, the enigma himself, Ozil, so much skill with his left foot but his presence has been more frustrating than uplifting... in many respects his failure has been directly related to the failure of this
club to provide him with the necessary players up front, minus Sanchez of course, and unless something drastic happens very soon his legacy will be largely a negative one (much like Wenger's)
He has been going since he said I am a winner and I want to win the
biggest team and personal prizes and since he realised he was at a
club that wouldn't be doing that he decided to go elesewhere (frustrating for him but try being a fan
as we
see it year after year).
Totally
see where your coming from Jon.I believe he has become frustrated at Dortmund
as they have not progressed
as a
club over the past 4 - 5 years and he has previously touted himself for a move to Madrid that never materialised. This is his chance to play for the
biggest club he is now ever likely to play for so you would trust he recognises this and proves he is the talent his build up portrays. The EPL is a much tougher and more competitive league than he has ever played in before so he has a lot to prove both to us and to himself. He appears a confident player so let's hope the hype is worth it

The fact that he will probably want to play international football (
as they all do) and the fact that
as you rightly say he would have to play for a
big spanish
club to do so, leads me to believe that IF Barca did come in with a
big enough carrot for Arsene FC they would want to sell and he would most likely go along with it
seeing as its where he started and the entry it would more than likely give him into regular international football and domestic / European trophies.
In wenger we trust COYG u spoilt little brats, you muppets ain't even been tested in your arsenal fan career never
seen your
club finish lower then fourth every year we play in cl against the
big boys and you lot act like were in crisis and things are so bad wow I'm beyond belief just can't get my head around the way you lot act sometimes step back a bit a think a little you twats most of you in your life time have never
seen your team finish lower then fourth yes fûc #ing fourth most of you don't even no what it's like to be a real fan wen your team are struggling finishing mid table and still saying you love the
club and protect them never in my life have I heard a generation of arsenal fans critise manager players board everything about our
club wen things our knowere near
as bad
as you make out to be and could be.
Having said that, the ability and influence of individual players can be crucial
as well,
as can be clearly
seen with even the
biggest clubs in the world like Barcelona and Real Madrid, neither of which does half
as well when they are missing their star men Lionel Messi and Cristiano Ronaldo.
This form has
seen them shoot into second place in the Premier league table just 2 - points behind early leaders Chelsea and fans will be hoping that these
big injury set - backs will not have too great of an effect on their
club's form
as the season progresses and they will welcome back Flores when he returns from his suspension in several week's time.
I'm so sick of people telling those of us who are disgruntled fans to relax and give this
club time to correct itself... for anyone who believes that taking a wait - and -
see approach is appropriate at this juncture they should take a good long look at themselves in the mirror because they are a
big part of the problem... no other «
big»
club's fans would stand for this shit for nearly
as long
as we have... think about it, we've witnessed a changing of the guard at every major
club in England, Spain, France and Germany in the last several years because those «
big»
clubs failed to live up to expectations (Barcelona, Real Madrid, Bayern, PSG, Chelsea, ManU, ManCity etc...)... for some reason, many fans have become
as fragile
as our current manager, believing that there couldn't possibly be a suitable replacement, even though everyone of these
clubs have found multiple replacements and still achieved far more than our
club... this mindset has been created by an organization that has been milking it's fans, telling countless lies (no world class players available) and lowering expectations every since they rolled out the
biggest lie of all: that we couldn't spend because of the new stadium but once it was paid off we could compete with any team in the world... this organization is rotting from the inside out and if we don't demand that those in charge put soccer first this despicable behaviour won't end with Wenger's ridiculous 2 year contract... I think the real fear isn't that a suitable replacement doesn't exist, but that this organization is so money hungry and poorly mismanaged that we will sink even lower by choosing our next coach the same way they choose our players, on the cheap... even so, we need to
see what mustache will do if left to his own devices so he will have to show his true colours... only then can we purge this
club and start anew
The only thing which makes our team unbalanced is playing the luxury item we bought called ozil.I thought he would need time to adjust to physicality of premier league so i supported him, but the guy hasn't improved he tries to dribble past ppl but runs into them somehow, tries to do showboating at unnecessary time which he fails to do miserably. And i
see him giving too many back passes when he should drive forward. And the
biggest reason i stopped liking him
as a player is bcoz of his sulky attitude. No passion or drive for the
club,
as if he wanted to be at some other
club and is just doing the job without his heart in it.He neeeds to be placed on the bench and make him work hard to retain his place.Ramsey and coq in middle with ox and sanchez on both wing and cazorla
as cam will make us a more balanced midfield.
And what about the often
seen time it takes for new players to settle, especially those coming from different leagues
as a lot of the
big clubs» new signings have?
So the performance of our striker Danny Welbeck for England in the win over Germany last night has got to be
seen as a
big positive, especially if Olivier Giroud can take the form he showed for France back into his
club games.
Very few managers in the premiership will tolerate Ozil's tempo in some games, and definitely none of the other
big clubs will allow it
as can be
seen in the cases of very good players like Oscar, Depay and the likes.
Marcos Alonso scored just before half - time to reduce Chelsea's deficit with a wonderful drilled finish,
as seen in the video below, while Blues fans were given another reason to cheer
as Alvaro Morata came on after the break to make his debut for the
club after his
big - money move from Real Madrid.
Bayern is a
big club and so is Barcelona but psj and Arsenal are not small
clubs PSJ did it last night and did it well and showed barca they are
as big as a
club as they Can Arsenal put a stance and tell Bayern we are
as big and
bigger by winning it??? How
big of players are the Arsenal can they show up??? That will remain to be
seen
Our only chance is if we bid
big and are able to convince him on the move (
seeing as he's desperate to change

Still, with so many tempting offers likely to come his way, it remains to be
seen if the youngster can be persuaded to stick it out with his current
club or move on to
bigger things
as he looks to fulfill his enormous potential.
Following this news, it'll come
as a
big boost to United fans, who would've hated to
see the
club lose Herrera for nothing in the summer.
You know there are just some players you can prise away from their
clubs... unfortunately Antoine is one of such, it is just like saying a
club sees Sanchez at the Copa and decides to sign him from Arsenal especially if the
club is not
as big as Arsenal..
New signings such
as Angel Di Maria, Ander Herrera and Radamel Falcao have
seen Januzaj's opportunities more limited this season, with van Gaal putting an emphasis on
big - name signings instead of promoting the
club's youth.
As much as I would like to hate your comment above I have to agree with what you've said here I know there are a hardcore of bloggers on here that will be derisory and downright insulting (Keyboard warriors are always really tough) but unless we have the two new additions we need then we will sadly be another fourth spot contender again, its as simple as that the current squad is nearly there but nearly there is not THERE and I hate to say it but I think its gonna be another case of Wenger stubbornly trying to convince the world he is a genius by winning things without spending much OR by lamenting the injury problems and bad refs and being desultory about big oil funded clubs while the Club we love turns a fat profit for the board and we see no silverware at al

When the old guard led by David Dein sold us the vision, we trusted them to make it happen, we voted with our wallets, Kroenke came in and stole, and is still stealing that dream from us with Wenger
as a convenient scape goat while our commonwealth is being raided, the sad part is that the situation has
seen the spuds steal the template of that dream, and so far so good for them, a
bigger club would have implemented it faster though but still, they are on course and at this rate, while we watch after our coffers, a small pub team like the spuds will overtake us, for the first time in the Premier League era, they finished above us, a situation not conceivable previously, shows how much the institution Arsenal has deteriorated in recent times.
It would not be quite
as bad
as the transfer deals that
saw big Arsenal players like Samir Nasri, Ashley Cole or Robin van Persie sign for
clubs not only in the same division but direct rivals for the English Premier League title, unless of course West Ham were to do a Leicester City.
I first was a
big CR7 fan but
as I've aged and
seen the pride that this
club and community has I have been enamoured by Real Madrid.
Giroud did come closest for Les Bleus but
saw his effort hit the woodwork and that was not what the
big forward needed
as he seeks to earn his first
club start of the new season.
Although I've found it very cathartic to speak, vent and end occasionally rant about all things Arsenal, we need to act carefully and intelligently right now or we're going to get played by this
club even worse than at present... the pro-Wengerites and the suits, who represent a considerable proportion of the season ticket holders, don't want to believe that there is no plan and that Wenger has mailed it in for several years now or that things are going to get much worse before they get better... why would they... many have spent a considerable sum buying some of the highest priced tickets in the World... they want to have a front row seat to
see something special and to be
seen doing so, which simply provides ample justification for the expense and the time invested... to many of them, Wenger is the sun in their soccer universe... his awkward disposition, misplaced arrogance and his utter lack of balls makes him a rather unusual cult figure, but the cerebral narrative seemed to embolden those who already felt pretty highly of themselves... many might not even of really liked football that much before his arrival and rarely games they weren't attending...
as such, they desperately believe that Wenger, and only Wenger, can supply them with their required fix... if he goes, they were wrong and that's a tough pill to swallow... they would have to admit that they were duped... they will definitely resent whoever made them feel this way, but of course it will be too late by then... so when we go overboard with ridiculous comments bordering of anarchy, it scares the shit out of them and they shift their blame towards us rather than at those who really perpetrated this act of treason... we aren't the enemy... we simply woke much earlier and the reason our comments have gotten more vile in recent years is out of utter frustration... in order for any real change to occur at this
club we need to bring
as many supporters
as possible with us or the
big money interests will fade and our ultimate objective will be lost... so it's time to focus on the head instead of the heart for now
