Tip: Don't over
mix otherwise you'll incorporate too much air and the
cookies will spread during baking, losing their
shape.
When the dough is finished being
mixed in the bowl, it is stiff and holds its
shape well, similar to the firmness of a cutout
cookie dough.
If the dough is just not
shaping,
mix in a little more butter and try again.The easiest and fastest way I've found to
shape the candy is to use a small
cookie scoop.

Finally, once you

I used my one mug pancake
mix, baked the pancakes and after that I cut them out with a heart
