Medicine $ 1.5 million over 5 years to (1) start a resident training
program, (2) conduct noninvasive research of benefit to

sheltering organizations, as long as at least 60 % of the
shelters helped were self - described as no kill facilities.

program's main activities are to assist groups in saving homeless pets through
providing lifesaving information both online and through «one on one» consultations, offering training and education in
