Resources are scarce, as they should be in a post apocalyptic world, but while this sense of realism certainly makes the
game a bit more
immersive it ultimately falls
short in a gameplay sense.
Removing the

game was absolutely terrifying to play in virtual reality and whilst this little escapade is a lot
shorter, it still features plenty of moments where the extra
immersive vibe might make you pee a little — especially when heading through the caverns in night vision mode...
Throughout most of the
game you have a squad of NPC soldiers as well as Lt. Col. Robert Burns to accompany you, it gives the
game a more
immersive feel as battleground orders are barked out by Burns and updates provided from back at base by the
short skirted Elena.
It falls a bit
short of the no - holds - barred mashup of Marvel, Disney, and Pixar characters that one might hope for, but Marvel Super Heroes manages to offer two distinct,
immersive experiences that provide more entertainment than one might expect from a
game marketed for a young audience.
