This highly - integrated exercise combines a single leg jump,
Skater Squat, 1 - Leg Push Up, and 1 - Leg Sprawl into a single, seamless movement.
The Skater Squat is a great drill to help you prepare for our upcoming Rite of the Week, in this case it is the Single Leg Burpee using the Battle Rings.

Also if you look at the guy in the video its hard to believe he's about to do
the skater squat for 50 reps.
The limiting factor for me was
the skater squat especially because one of my legs is significantly weaker than the other after a knee surgery.
The Skater Squat is a great way to develop single leg strength by bringing awareness to the rotational elements of your body.
To do
the skater squat simply bend one knee behind you and squat straight down to the floor.
