I love mine with almond butter, fresh berries and a squeeze of honey but it's also delicious with toasted

banana slices and just about anything else you've got in your kitchen.

Instead of using eggs, this
nut free vegan fruit
slice uses mashed
banana and flaxseed to bind the
slice.
Slice in the 1/2
banana and add the
nuts (I crush them in my palm as I add them).
The next morning, stir the oats then top them with some fresh grapefruit segments,
slices of
banana, some hemp hearts and
nuts and seeds.
Put in a glass and garnish with
sliced banana, strawberries, raw granola (get one at your health food store or make your own by mixing your favorite seeds, coconut flakes,
nuts and sprouted grains), raw cacao nibs, and fresh mint.
I love the coffee chia bars dipped into a big scoop of almond butter, acai berry bars with a few

Add a dollop of the compote to the bowl of porridge and top with
slices of

nuts and seeds, such as chia seeds and flaked almonds.
