Smart Grid» has the meaning provided by section 1301 of the
Energy Independence and Security
Act of 2007 (15 U.S.C. 17381).
«(i) establish any appropriate protocols and standards for integrating plug - in electric drive vehicles into an electrical distribution system, including
Smart Grid systems and devices as described in title XIII of the
Energy Independence and Security
Act of 2007;
