So toasted slices of whole grain french bread are slathered with one of my favorites: heart - healthy smashed avocado mixed with sea salt and fresh lime juice.
I didn't have the sf toffee
so I toasted sliced almonds in Splenda and stacked some on top.

Don't get me wrong, I always love my juices, but I find I
so often resort to drinking them with a couple of
slices of
toast with avocado and tomato.
Usually when you finish a soup like this — and by «like this» I mean a relatively simple sauté of onion and garlic, a simmering of vegetables in broth followed by a run in the blender — cream or crème fraiche or sour cream goes in and you could do that here, but I didn't want to bury the brightness of the miso paste,

toasted sesame oil on it (which is, frankly, like crack to me) and scattered some thinly

I make one loaf (half the recipe) about every week or
so, usually near the end of the week
so leftover
slices can be used for french
toast on weekends, though the bread often doesn't last til then.

Toast] all poured into a hot buttered sauté pan, cover and turn down heat to medium - low, cook until nearly set, place pan in 350 °F oven until eggs are completely set on top and starting to brown, about 6 - 10 minutes usually, flip over onto large plate and cut into wedges for serving).
After the first day or
so, the
sliced bread is good

This recipe is
so easy to make and is great for a cheese platter, on crackers in a
toasted sandwich or anywhere where you would normally use
sliced or grated cheese.

This was just esthetics though as they tasted delicious - I
