When you crave delicious, fresh - roasted nuts, sometimes you want to shout it loud.
I usually carry a pot of nuts around with me as my go - to snack but sometimes they can be a bit plain, so I'm very much looking forward to roasting some with this mix!

I would say I hit this about 4 - 5 days a week, other days I may omit the snack or keep the snack and omit a meal, if i do that though I would add a bit of protein with it.
