Hi Neil, we have currently no plans to make the
book for the
sony reader.
The
sony reader I had flattened everything — with over 400
books in the
reader, it was a nuisance not being able to organize things better.
I'd like to correct the statement about the
sony readers, you do not have to buy
books from the
sony online store to be able to put them on the
sony readers; in fact, the
sony reader supports a very wide range of formats.
Im still not able to connect my kobo to calibre, it was working fine for alomost 6 months and now i cant fetch news papers, i did a update for calibre, this may be the problem, ive tried everything, im going to try and exchange the kobo for a new one, if this do nt work im goona try a
sony book reader, im gettn really fed up.
For example, I'd rather have the new
sony reader than the DX for what I'd need from an ereader (other than reading
books) despite the smaller screen.
I bought epub
books from
sony's
reader store for my old
Sony Ereader and with my Adobe digital DRM ID it allows me to read my ebooks in the Kobo Glo.
The kindle reminds me of the
Sony reader from 1994 which it had limited amount of
books but the dictionary was the only great feature that I actually used in College... Well, They should of learned from
sony mistakes... The new
Sony is much better....
So now I re-downloaded all my
sony estore
books into Adobe digital editions and then pulled them into calibre (I wasn't sure which ones I had in Calibre before or after the plug in, and which ones I had in the
Reader for pc program when I was still using it).

Inevitably, my ideal format for an e-
book reader is something akin to a
book but thinner and lighter — hence the aforementioned Kindles, Kobos and
Sonys.
