This version is made with avocado, cucumber, lettuce, and carrots, and there's a perfect peanut Thai dressing with powdered peanut
butter, coconut sugar, rice vinegar, and

I made these last night with the following variations — tamari subbed for
soy sauce, almond
butter instead of peanut (I don't like peanuts or their
butter), and I added italian seasoning, garlic salt, and oregano to taste.

The peanut
sauce is relatively straightforward: peanut
butter (obviously),
soy sauce, vinegar, with some garlic and sriracha for some bite to go along side the tangy nuttiness.
:D Finally, I made some almost - vegan caramel
sauce with some arrowroot, vanilla
soy milk, 2 pats of
butter, 1c of cane sugar, and some extra dark maple syrup and drizzled it all over the top.
I'd highly recommend taking advantage of low - sodium
soy sauce and unsalted
butter here, as the miso itself is pretty salty.

If you feel that there isn't quite enough
butter or
soy sauce then add a little more but be cautious with the
soy sauce as it can be very salty and makes the broccoli steam a little bit.
