in the fridge and ever since I starred a few

in my Google Reader I had been craving it.
So I have another recipe for you...

in sheets of flaky phyllo dough and either formed into triangular servings or baked into layers and served like a casserole.

In hindsight, and with a little help from my therapist and the story of her never - ending
spanakopita, I realize what a catharsis the whole process is for me.
A mature feta cheese gives this traditional
spanakopita recipe a bold and salty flavour, so be careful to just a little salt
in the seasoning!
When I got back to London I decided to experiment with different ways to use
spanakopita filling
in a grain free dish.
I don't know about the Turkish recipe but we don't ever use oregano garlic or chilli
in traditional Greek «
spanakopita» and I'm really curious to see how it tastes.
