specialty coffee industry; other non-Hawaii
coffee trade Associations; and all other individuals not directly involved in Hawaii
coffee commerce, and non-Hawaii
growers and businesses.
By definition,
specialty coffees distinguish themselves from bulk
coffee on the basis of a variety of factors that include quality (Läderach et al. 2006), sustainability, and closer relationships with
growers (Bacon et al. 2008).
