requires School Nutrition Service Directors seeking to renew their authorizations to have completed 15 hours of
staff development related to Child Nutrition
Programs.
The CAPRA process
requires the involvement of
staff, elected officials, citizens and community partners in the

staff development program to the goals and procedures of SFA.
