I decided it's time to
break this
bad habit and
start eating healthy porridge for breakfast.
WEAKNESSES: Turnover prone in college and needs to better protect the football, specifically with his pocket movements (21 fumbles in his 24

If your tween has picked up a few
bad habits it's important that you help him
break them as soon as possible, so that he
starts off the teenage years in the best possible way.
But — I also know that is a terrible
habit, is
bad for his teeth, etc., and now we are struggling to
break it and I just don't know where to
start.
